A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers are entitled to a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Kitchen by Nature® Inh. Michelangelo Kozon, Burgfrauenstraße 111A, 13465 Berlin, Germany, Email: impressum@kitchen-by-nature.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory, or you may also use our online cancellation function („cancel contract"). If you use this online function, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt, including information on the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if that loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their condition, characteristics, and functioning.

Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive for their manufacture or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who, at the time the contract is concluded, are not citizens of any member state of the European Union and whose sole place of residence and delivery address at the time the contract is concluded are located outside the European Union.

General Information

1) Please avoid damaging or soiling the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging, together with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage by using suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us carriage unpaid.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
