Warranty Conditions
We provide a 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty period begins with the invoice date. The warranty service is valid throughout the entire EEA. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we offer one of the following services under the warranty:
- Free repair of the goods.
- Free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).
- A partial refund as compensation for the defects.

Warranty claims are excluded for damages to the goods caused by abusive or improper handling, environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), non-compliance with any safety precautions or operating instructions, use of force (e.g., impact, shock, fall), unauthorized repair attempts, or normal wear and tear.
Making use of the warranty service requires that the guarantor is allowed to verify the warranty case by sending in the goods upon request. It should be ensured that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.
The warranty processing is always freight-free for you. Any shipping costs you may have incurred will be reimbursed by the guarantor. If a chargeable removal of the goods is necessary for sending them in, the guarantor will bear the necessary costs for the removal.
Note: Your legal rights in case of defects are not restricted by this warranty promise. Any existing legal warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
