How do I properly care for and clean my wood products?
Wood is a natural material and needs a little care to remain beautiful and durable for a long time. With the right steps, you can significantly extend the lifespan of your utensils:
Cleaning
- Always wash wood products by hand with lukewarm water and a mild dish soap.
- Do not use a dishwasher, as the heat and moisture can cause the wood to swell and lead to cracks.
- Thoroughly dry your products immediately after washing with a cloth to prevent residual moisture from seeping into the wood.
Care
- Regularly oil your wood products, preferably with a food-safe oil (e.g., olive oil, linseed oil, or special care oil for wood).
- Apply some oil to a soft cloth and evenly rub the surface. Let it absorb for a few hours and wipe off excess oil.
- Repeat this care regularly, about every few weeks or depending on use. This keeps the wood supple and enhances its beautiful grain.
Dealing with Discoloration
- Foods like beetroot, pomegranate, or turmeric can leave dark stains. These are harmless and do not affect usage.
- You can gently rub fresh stains with lemon juice or some baking soda on a damp cloth.
- Over time, discolorations fade naturally and give your board a natural patina and character.
- If stronger stains bother you, you can lightly sand the surface with fine sandpaper (e.g., grit 240) and then re-oil.
Additional Tips
- Do not leave wood products in water for long periods.
- Avoid extreme heat (e.g., on radiators or in direct sunlight), as the wood may crack.
- Store boards and bowls preferably standing or in a dry place.

Are the utensils available individually?
Our utensils are not available individually. They are perfectly coordinated in sets. We want to ensure that you always receive a harmonious and complete set.

Can I have a personal set customized to my wishes?
Yes, absolutely! If you wish for a custom set or special order, please contact us directly via our contact form here. Together we will assemble a set from all our available utensils according to your wishes.
Upon request, we can also offer a personalized engraving. We will coordinate everything with you in advance via email and send you pictures so you know exactly how your set will look. We are happy to package your custom set gift-ready. Perfect for special occasions like weddings, birthdays, or anniversaries.
How do orders for restaurants work?
Yes, of course! If you want to order as a restaurant or business, please contact us in advance via our contact form here. This way we can discuss special conditions or discounts together and create an individual offer for you.
Upon request, we also offer personalized sets with engraving, perfect for professional use or as special equipment for your restaurant.
Where is my package?
We inform you about the estimated delivery time of your order in the order overview and in your order confirmation by email.
Please note that this may vary depending on the item and shipping method.
Why hasn't my order been shipped yet?
Please give us some time to prepare your order for shipping. We usually ship orders within 24 hours, but sometimes it may take a little longer.
Can I change when and how my package is delivered again?
Yes, that's possible! Our shipping partner usually informs you by email about the package announcement. There you can, for example, postpone the delivery day or choose a parcel shop as the pick-up location.
What happens if I'm not there on the first delivery attempt?
If the delivery person does not find you, you will find information in the tracking about whether your package was left with a neighbor or at a branch. In many cases, another delivery attempt is made.
My package has not arrived yet, what now?
Please first check the tracking. Often the package is delivered to a neighbor or in the parcel shop. If the status has not changed for more than 5 days, please contact our customer service. You can find the contact options below.
What is DHL GoGreen?
DHL GoGreen stands for climate-friendly shipping with DHL and Deutsche Post. The CO₂ emissions generated during transport are offset by investments in global climate protection projects.
This way, you receive your order climate-neutrally and with the good feeling of contributing to environmental protection.
Do shipping and returns cost anything?
Delivery:
Delivery is free for you.
Return:
You organize the return shipment yourself. The customer bears the costs for the return shipment.
What can I do if I provided the wrong address?
In general, orders with us can be canceled or adjusted until shortly before shipping. Please contact us with your order number:
- Simply reply to the order confirmation by email or
- Contact our customer service directly.
We will take care of it as soon as possible.
I received a damaged package
We are very sorry if your package arrived damaged.
Please contact our customer service directly in this case, together we will surely find a suitable solution.
Are the ordered items intact?
If only the packaging is damaged, you can of course keep and use the items as normal. We ask for your understanding that we cannot replace damaged shipping material.
Product complaints
If an item is defective or damaged, please contact us via our contact form here. Our customer service will take care of your complaint as soon as possible and find a suitable solution together with you.
How do I return an item?
Please contact us first via our contact form here and provide us with your order number and the items you wish to return.
You will then receive all the necessary information from us.
Afterwards:
- Carefully pack the items.
- Take the package with the label to the nearest drop-off point (e.g. DHL, Post, GLS).
- Keep the receipt for the drop-off.
As soon as your return has arrived with us, we will inform you and refund the amount as quickly as possible.
30-day return policy
You can return items to us within 30 days. It is only important that the products are in an unused condition. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
How does the refund process work?
Once we have checked your return, we will refund the amount via the payment method you selected. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reach you, depending on the payment provider.
If you paid with a voucher, the refund will first be made via the voucher until the original amount is balanced again.
Can I return multiple orders together?
Yes, that is possible.
Please contact us beforehand via our contact form here so that we can properly assign the return. This ensures that there are no delays with the refund.
What are your warranty conditions?
Warranty Conditions
We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The warranty service applies throughout the EEA. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we offer one of the following services as part of the warranty:
- Free repair of the goods.
- Free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model, if the original goods are no longer available).
- A partial refund as compensation for the defects.
Please contact us in the event of a warranty claim via the contact form or the email address provided in the imprint.
Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by abusive or improper handling, environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), non-compliance with any safety precautions or instructions for use, use of force (e.g. impact, shock, fall), unauthorized repair attempts, or normal wear and tear.
To make a warranty claim, the warranty provider must be allowed to examine the warranty case by sending in the goods upon request. It is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.
The warranty processing is always free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have advanced will be reimbursed by the warranty provider. If a chargeable removal of the goods is necessary for shipping, the warranty provider will bear the necessary costs for removal.
Note: Your statutory rights in the event of defects are not restricted by this warranty promise. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
Why can't I select my preferred payment method (e.g. Klarna)?
There can be various reasons why a certain payment method is not available:
- Delivery and billing addresses do not match (e.g., when delivering to a DHL Packstation).
- The combination of name and address could not be found (e.g., due to typos, relocation, or name changes).
- There is still an outstanding amount from a previous order.
- Our independent credit agencies assess your creditworthiness such that this payment method is not activated at the moment.
- For our customers in Switzerland, Klarna is generally not available as a payment method.
We generally reserve the right not to offer certain payment methods for individual orders.
What can I do if my payment method is not available?
- Check if there are any outstanding orders and settle them.
- Ensure that the delivery and billing addresses have been entered correctly and identically.
Please understand that our customer service cannot activate a payment method and is not allowed to see why an option is not offered to you. The protection of your data takes precedence here.
We check anew with each order which payment methods are available. So it is quite possible that your preferred payment method will be available again with your next order.

We offer you a large selection of secure payment methods, with different options available depending on the region.

When will I receive an invoice?
After your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation and a receipt via email.
We are happy to provide a separate invoice upon request.
If you are ordering as a restaurant or business, please contact us in advance. We also offer individual offers and volume discounts.
