Warranty conditions
We provide a 2-year warranty on all our products. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. The warranty service is valid throughout the entire EEA. If material or manufacturing defects occur during this period, we offer one of the following services under the warranty:
- Free repair of the goods.
- Free replacement of the goods with an equivalent item (possibly also a successor model if the original goods are no longer available).
- A partial refund as compensation for the defects.

Warranty claims are excluded for damage to the goods caused by abusive or improper handling, environmental influences (moisture, heat, overvoltage, dust, etc.), non-compliance with any safety precautions or operating instructions, use of force (e.g., blow, impact, fall), unauthorized repair attempts, or normal wear and tear.
Utilizing the warranty service requires that the warranty provider is allowed to examine the warranty claim by having the goods sent in upon request. It is important to ensure that damage during transport is avoided by appropriate packaging.
The warranty processing is always free of charge for you. Any shipping costs you may have advanced will be reimbursed by the warranty provider. If a chargeable removal of the goods is necessary for sending them in, the warranty provider will bear the costs necessary for the removal.
Note: Your statutory rights in case of defects are not restricted by this warranty promise. Any existing statutory warranty rights against us remain unaffected by this warranty promise.
